ANGEL 14 - ZERUEL
The forteenth angel to face humanity, and the tenth angel to attack Tokyo3, also known as
the patron god of strength and might. The angel Zeruel (also Zeruch and Zeruoch) literally
means "Arm of God", and in the scriptures, is a worrior angel. Being such he is concerned
first and foremost with pure brute strength, although he does dabble in abilities with fire
aswell. His power is said to be so strong, that he is said to be one of the most powerful,
comparable only to the seven archangels. More often than not, his role, amoung angels in
god's kingdom, is to execute the instructions, orders and plans laid down by none other than
god himself. Zeruel first appears in episode 19 A man's fight.

As is becoming common amoung the laster angels, the beginnings of this angel are once again,
a total mystery. This angel began its life, probably like most others, developing somwhere obscure,
perhaps the ocean once again, quite a good hiding place, since it covers over 70% of the earth surface,
although this is just an educated guess. This angel showed itself, no long after Shinji once again,
refused to pilot evangelion unit 01. THe angle picked its time to attack well, with evangelion unit 01
pilot awol, and evangelion unit 00 still damaged, although Rei was as willing to pilot as ever. The exact
abilities of this angel, as usual, was not known for sure, however it did appear to be stocky and powerful
in nature. It has a light beam from its eyes and two energised long talon/tentacle/whip like arms, much
like angel 04 Shamshel, and probably enough bulk to fend of almost any blow to its body. It quite rapidly
made its way to Tokyo 3, and very quickly broke through the barriers, down into the geo front, so quick in
fact it didnt meet Asuka in evangelion unit 02 till it reached the geo front. The angel wasted no time,
attacking evangleion unit 02, Asuka returning fire with every gun she could get her hands on, screaming at
it to die. The many direct shots into it, didn't even seem to stun it, or make it think twice, catching
Asuka, taking both on the arms from the evangelion, sending evangleion unit 02 andthe screaming Asuka to
the floor of the geo front in a heap.
As it did this, its also attacked the infastructure beneath Tokyo 3 in the geo front, breaking open the
civilan bunker, in which Shinji had been hiding. Shinji watched in horror, along side Kaji as Asuka fell
to teh angel. Not long after, the damaged evangleion unit 00 appeared, and all of her own accord charged
the angel, all those in NERV cried for her to not do what she was going 2, but she never slowed. She
carried an N2 mine, forcing it throught the angels AT-field and it dedonated, damaging alot of beneath
Tokyo 3 and destroying the evangelion. Althbough Rei survived, her sacrifice, didnt do much to stop the
angel, not even sufferng a burn off as the otehrs before it had. It continued its assault. Kaji convinced
Shinji that he must once again pilot, himself runnning to his fatyher to let him do so. Shinji was
reinstated, and launched immediately in what he was wearing. He attacke dthe angel as best he could,
crashing through the command centre of NERV and out the other side. His maximum effort, porved to not last
long enough, as his the evan ran out of power. Zeruel took advantage of this, damaging the evangelion,
tearing off its arm and almost destryoing it. Somehow Shinji's sync rate rose to beyond 400 %
(liquification into the eva as his mother once did) and the evanlgeion went bezerk once more, displaying
power of an angel, such as regeneration, and a fury inseen in any evangelion. Once it killed the angel,
it ate out its s2 organ, gaining an endless power source
