EVANGELION 05 to 13 - MASS (EVA SERIES) MODEL
Evangelion Units 05 to 13, or "Ryousanki"
as it is known in the Japanese, it is
the mass production model of the evangelion. It
was constructed in various branches of NERV
throught the world, appart from Tokyo 3. Its
is piloted by the Kaoru Nagisa dummy plug, and
is suspected to have no core soul.
It first appears in the movie Death and Rebirth.
The mass production model evangelion, so completely different to the previous models of evangelion.
The nature of these evangelion are far different from the other evangelion. Totally silent, yet so
extremely vicious, they seems alot more towards an angel than an evangelion. They seem to have an
almost unnatural fluid, and continuous movement, much more like an thinking being, rather than a being
thats is piloted. Dispite their high numbers and decieving smile, their combat effectiveness seems be
rather poor, so poor in fact that all nine failed to take down Asuka in unit 02, who defeated them all
in under four minutes. Nehter the less, they are still like nothing before, and a simple defeat will
not stop them.

The units were the last to be completed, being built in various places in the world. Units 05 to 13,
were built for the sole purpose of initiating third impact, the idea being to form the "tree of sphiroth"
also known as the "tree of life", in the sky with unit 01 being the centre and most important part. However
upon commander Gendou Ikari, refusing to comply with SEELE, these units were launched by SEELE to assault
NERV. The units themselves have many differences than the other models. Firtly, they are flight capable,
having foldable wings in a back pack, seccondly they carry the super solenoid engine, and as a result
can operate indefinatly and are also capable of regeneration. They also carry weapon that is modelled in
the Lance of Longinous (basically a smaller version). Lastly they are all piloted by the Kaoru dummy plug
system, his abilities suggest no need for a core soul to be present in these evangelion. In the end these
units, after their defeat, regenerate and assault the motionless unit 02, consuming it (much like a flock
of vultures do). Soon after this they join unit 01, high in the sky when third impact is initiated.
